This spice blend is another take on the traditional Furikake or Gomasio, a dry Japanese condiment to be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables, and fish, or used as an ingredient in onigiri.

This Dooryard Provision version spotlights ground and shifted bladderwrack seaweed for its healthful properties and high iron and mineral content as well as kombu and nori. Use to garnish all your cooked or raw dishes.
